Using .nz providers

Approved Domainz Providers are typically Internet Service Provider’s (ISP’s) who have signed an agreement with Domainz enabling them to offer domain name services.If you choose to use a Approved Domainz Provider to help manage your domain name registrations please keep in mind the following:

• Name Holders who choose to use agents such as Approved Domainz Provider's or other ISP's are responsible for the selection and formal engagement of such agents.
  
• When a relationship between a Approved Domainz Provider and a Name Holder is formed, the relationship is subject to New Zealand law including contract and agency law. This means that the Name Holder may be responsible for commitments that their Approved Domainz Provider enters into on their behalf.
  
• Domainz will not be responsible for any breach of an agreement between a Approved Domainz Provider and the Name Holder. Approved Domainz Providers must acknowledge their responsibilities in acting for Name Holders and must agree to be bound by all Domainz Terms of Service and policies of the Domain Name Commissioner.
