Pay Per Click Advertising Product Terms

Pay Per Click Campaign Setup

The object of the PPC Campaign Setup is to allow you to test the performance of Pay-Per-Click marketing services offered by Google and Yahoo!, using the experience of Domainz to assist with the process.

Prior to or upon the Commencement Date, you and Domainz shall agree on:

  1. the keywords in respect of which Domainz will provide the Services ("Agreed Keywords"); and
  2. the budget for the campaign.
  3. You appoint Domainz as your agent for the purposes of:
  4. creating an account with Google or Yahoo! as requested;
  5. agreeing on your behalf to the terms and conditions applicable to those accounts; and
  6. paying for any charges applicable to those accounts using the credit card information you provided to Domainz.

You agree to provide Domainz with any information, material, excerpts of or links from or to any content ("Your Web Site Information") on reasonably requested by Domainz, to assist Domainz with providing the Services to you.

Domainz will enter the information agreed with you into the Google or Yahoo! interface and review the performance of that information for one week. After that week, Domainz will report to you the results of the campaign and Domainz's obligations will terminate.

Pay Per Click Campaign Management

The object of the PPC Campaign Management is to assist you refine your use of Pay-Per-Click marketing services offered by Google and Yahoo!, using the experience of Domainz to assist with the process.

Prior to or upon the Commencement Date, you and Domainz shall agree on:

  1. the keywords in respect of which Domainz will provide the Services ("Agreed Keywords"); and
  2. the budget for the campaign (plus a 10% variance to take into account the reconciliation time required by Google and Yahoo!).

There are a number of initial steps you also need to take to participate in the campaign (which you may have already done) including adding any required code to your website (for example, for the purpose of tracking click through rates).

You appoint Domainz as your agent for the purposes of:

  1. adding, deleting or modifying keywords and advertising copy;
  2. altering bids; and
  3. paying for any charges applicable to those accounts using the credit card information you provided to Domainz.

You agree to provide Domainz with any information, material, excerpts of or links from or to any content ("Your Web Site Information") on reasonably requested by Domainz, to assist Domainz with providing the Services to you. You will also need to provide Domainz with visitor statistics and webserver logs in order for Domainz to help detect anomalies relevant to the Services under this Agreement.

Domainz will enter the information agreed with you into the Google or Yahoo! interface. You may terminate the service at any time by 1 months written notice.
