Update Credit Card Information FAQ

  1. Log into The Console
  2. Click on the Billing tab.
  3. Click on edit next to Default credit card.
  4. Edit your current credit card details or add a new credit card to file.
  5. Select “Make this credit card the default payment method for ALL billing services” if you wish to automate the payment of all future services billed.

2. Modify the credit card being used for a subscription

You can assign a separate credit card to each domain managed under your account, should you wish to do this. Any subscription service attached to the domain will be automatically charged to the specified card. To modify the card being used for a domain, follow the instructions below:

  1. Log into the Console
  2. Click on the Billing tab.
  3. Click Service and billing details.
  4. Locate the subscription you wish to modify the credit card for and click on Credit Card under the Payment method column.
3. I want to remove my credit card entirely, how can I do that?

A payment method must always be in place with any domain or subscription service you have with DomainNZ. Should you wish to change your billing method from credit card to invoicing, please contact the accounts team via phone to organise this.
